As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. You can also sign in to your account with your order email (we send you a one-time code, no password) to see every order and its tracking.

European Union 7–21 days, USA & Canada 5–12 days, Australia & Oceania 4–8 days. Other countries vary; ask us for an estimate. Times are counted from when your order ships and can be longer during the holiday rush. All the details are on our shipping page.

EU €4.95, international €9.95, and free everywhere on orders over €50.

Order by December 8 for delivery before Christmas. Gift cards are emailed instantly, so you can buy one right up to Christmas Eve.

It can take a few days for a parcel to show movement after the shipping email. If nothing has changed for 7 days, or your delivery window has passed, message us with your order number and we'll look into it.

Bigger orders can ship in more than one package, each with its own tracking. If something is still missing after the delivery window, let us know.

Message us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders ship quickly, so we can't always change them, but we'll do our best.

Yes. Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order; holiday orders can be returned until January 15. Email support@littleline.eu with your order number and we'll send instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

No, gift cards can't be returned.

Enter it at checkout. One code per order; codes can't be used on gift cards.

Choose €25, €50, €75 or €100. We email the gift card with its code right after checkout. Anything not spent stays on the card for next time.

No. None has Wi-Fi, a SIM slot, a browser or an app store, and none can make real calls. For kids calling each other, our video walkie-talkies connect only to each other.

Toddler (3–5) for music and buttons with no screen, I Am Not a Baby (pre-school) for a grown-up look with lights, sounds and simple games, Big Kid (5–10) for a real touchscreen, camera and music player.

Toddler uses 3 × AAA batteries (not included). Big Kid, the walkie-talkies and the headphones are rechargeable by USB. I Am Not a Baby depends on the version sold in your country: its product page says which.

None of our products is suitable for children under 3. Each product page shows its age range.
